Bernhard Woodwork Ltd. was founded by Pius Bernhard, a German Master-cabinetmaker. As Bernhard Woodwork Ltd. approaches it's 55th anniversary, we continue the tradition of fine European crafted woodwork/ fixtures using the most modern tools from our 100,000 sq. foot plant located in Northbrook, IL. In that time, Bernhard Woodwork has grown into a national company with diverse clients in several markets including many unique projects. Clients include almost every high end retailer, residential projects nationwide, and monumental corporate offices. Bernhard Woodwork, Ltd. employees stay for decades and the firm remains committed to passing on its craft to the next generation of cabinetmakers through an extensive apprenticeship program.
