Ferry Street Woodworks makes HARDWOOD furniture and furnishings (tables, stands, desks, bookcases, bed frames, chests, lamps, and more) and selected architectural items (e.g., pillar bases, balusters, corbels, newel posts, mantels, shutters, cabinet or entry doors, frames for stained glass). All items are custom-made for each client. No “stock” items are for sale. Clients desiring custom wood items are guided through a collaborative design process involving choice of style, wood, hardware, and finish. Ferry Street Woodworks does not make kitchen cabinets, staircases, or large door/window casings. Inquiries are welcome - advice is free.
