In September of 2017, I had a full spinal fusion which turned my life upside down. During my long recovery, I started to suffer from severe depression due to not being able to work. At this point I decided to look into things I could possibly do that would keep my mind engaged not to mention keep me busy or out of trouble. This is where I came across working with wood. I read about it and watched lots of U Tube videos and educated myself on woodburning and found I love it more than my past profession. Since I have been working with wood I have found it gave me a renewed purpose and peace of mind not to mention it helped with my depression. I invite you to take a look at my art.
