My name is James Southworth. Most people know me as "the lawn mower guy". Although I have spent the last 27+ years in the outdoor power equipment industry, woodworking and construction have always been my passions. I've had a fascination with this since I was a kid. In the past few years, I have returned to it, and it's what I do for relaxation. Meadow Creek Woodworking is a division of my primary business, James Southworth & Company, LLC. Historic preservation, repurposing materials and building custom heirloom pieces is where I find enjoyment. I prefer working with reclaimed materials and older lumber especially if there is a story behind it.
